Job Announcement
Position: Business Support Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of business processes within the private security sector.
Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate support teams, including security personnel, to achieve organisational objectives.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines, security demands, and business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics of security operations, providing recommendations for improvement.
Problem Solving: Address operational issues and implement effective solutions to ensure service continuity.
Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with security regulations.

Salary:
Average Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
Working Hours and Schedule:
Shifts: Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility required for deadlines or critical tasks.
Weekly Hours: Full-time positions generally involve 40 to 48 hours per week.
Weekdays: Primarily weekdays, with occasional weekend work based on business needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in business support or management roles, preferably in private security activities, is essential.
